Our Commitment to you - All our gifts are made using the highest quality
products available to us. We undergo continuous research to ensure that we
provide our customers with new and innovated products and creative design ideas
so that we are servicing you better. Our website is constantly updated providing
you with our latest gift ideas and service.
Office Hours
Our hours of operation are: Mon-Fri 9:00 am to
4:00 pm EST
However our SECURE online shopping open 24
hours a day, 7 days a week!
Substitutions, Replacements
If for some reason a product becomes
unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute said product for equal or
greater value. This includes enhancements, containers, food and gift products.
Setting up an account with us
Corporate Accounts - Upon completion of an
application form a Corporate Account may be opened. It is requested that
your first order is paid via Visa, MasterCard or AMEX -Your credit card number
will then be kept on file. Invoicing will be processed 5 days after the order is
placed. Payments not received within 15 days of the date on the invoice
will be placed on your Credit card.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged on any bill Past Due for 60 or more days.
Personal Orders - require payment by credit card for your 3 orders. We
currently accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Upon completion of an
application form a personal account may be established. After your first 3
orders payment maybe received in the form of Cheque or Money Order. Invoicing
will be processed 5 days after the order is placed. Payments not received within
15 days of the date on the invoice will be placed on your Credit card.

Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 1 Business day for gift
to be assembled during regular season and at least 2 business days during peak
season. Same Day Delivery is available if ordered before 11am of that day.
Gifts are typically sent Next Business Day for Delivery.
Same day delivery is available
after
11:00 am - however, a rush
delivery fee may be incurred.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between
9:00 a.m.
and
5:00 p.m.
Orders place on weekends or after delivery cut off time
will be delivered the next business day. We provide FREE delivery within the
Village of Newcastle,
outlying areas are subject to courier charges as posted on the secure online
ordering form.

Although we do our best to meet the desired
date for the delivery of gift baskets, late shipments are not the responsibility
of Baskets For All. No refund will be processed for late deliveries.
Gift Basket Deliveries can not be guaranteed
during peak season.
Non Deliveries Re-Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is made resulting in no one available to receive
the gift will result in the package being left with a neighbour or left in safe
spot by their home (on the porch) with a door tag to be left with
notification that a delivery attempt was made and the status of their Gift. In
cases where it is impossible to delivery the package to the recipient a second
attempt will be made at an additional charge to the customer.
Packages delivered to an incorrect address will be picked up and
re-routed to the correct address at an additional charge to the customer.
Refund
Policy
If an
issue arises from either you or the recipient of your gift, please contact us at
1-877-501-1115 within 7 Business Days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Shipping and
delivery charges are nonrefundable.
Sorry, no we
cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange if a selection does not appeal to
one's palate.
We reserve the
right to change, amend, update or cancel this policy at anytime without notice.
